Terms and conditions of use

Versão 2 · atualizada em 06/10/2026 · Estes termos regem o uso da plataforma Legacy Eventos Esportivos por organizadores, moderadores, professores/técnicos, pais e responsáveis, atletas e visitantes.

1. Purpose

The platform offers tools to organize sports championships: registration of teams and athletes, tables, match sheets, results, public pages, communication with participants and collection of registration fees.

2. Accounts and minimum age

Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for the activity on your account. To create your own account you must be 18 years old or older. Persons under 18 may only use the platform with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian, who must be identified at registration; parents and guardians may register and manage the minor athletes under their responsibility.

3. Account types

Organizer: creates and manages competitions. Coach: manages the teams that the organization links to them. Guardian/parent e Player: keep their data, register athletes and take part in competitions. Coach registrations may update the team record kept by the organizer when the access is linked.

4. Data and verification

You declare that the data provided is true and up to date. Data coming from social-network login (Google, Apple, Facebook) may be outdated and therefore must be checked by you at every sign-in by this means. Full name, CPF, e-mail and phone (WhatsApp) are required; the others are optional.

5. Content and responsibility

The organizer is responsible for the data they register (including that of minors), for the regulations and for the content they publish. Publishing illegal, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights, is prohibited. Reported content may be removed; reports may be answered by the organization by e-mail.

6. Data of minors

By registering underage athletes, the organizer and the guardian declare that they hold the legal guardians' authorization for the processing of the data and for the publication of name, results and images, observing the best interests of the child and adolescent (LGPD, art. 14).

7. Pagamentos

Charges between organizers and teams are the responsibility of the parties. When a payment provider intermediates, that provider's terms also apply. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Code are preserved.

8. Disponibilidade

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We recommend exporting important data periodically.

9. Encerramento

You can delete your account at any time in My data (or, for organizers, in My user). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Privacidade

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms follow Brazilian law. Questions: contato@legadoesportes.com.br. The consumer's place of residence is the elected forum, where applicable.
